Trending @Cognizant; Hike percentages leaked 2025

Hi guys - my HR friend told me that this year max hike will be 3.5% for August but he also mentioned that a second hike is planned for April 2026. Just sharing here for information.

I am very much disappointed with this news and I think they will sell this low hike with second hike and then will defer it next year like they always do. So basically hike even less then last year.

Last year also heard the same news, that there is another hike planned in April, and nothing happened.

I guess it's better to jump ship now.

Why can't we just stay calm until July and accept whatever it is. If any plans of shifting or staying that's individual decision. Let's not make this hype

I don't think anyone is making hype it's simple discussion thread and if yes after working hard if 5 rating person is getting just 3.5 percent hike so we goota switch right?

I think we should early start looking for good options and we know August will come in no time and once such low hike is announced people will start leaving so better to be early and keeping options in hand

I discussed this my close friend. She is Senior HR. She said this is all fake. She don’t believe in this.

Also I think SA grade HR won't have this information - I got the info from SM grade person above M grade
