Trending @Cognizant; Hike Delay game merit cycle
If you don't know then let me tell you about a major game played by leadership - as we know that usual merit cycle is from April since 2024
Now hike in 2024 delayed by 4 months to August = 4 months
Hike delay for 2025 by 7 months to November= 12 months
So in total we missed the hike for 1 year already which was the plan of leadership. Now for 2026 either they start giving on time from April 2026 itself if their target of delay was 12 months if more then next year they play delay game again.
Best of luck all for the ratings, vibe week, trainings and internal COE activities because your effort today will reflect in your pocket after 2 years - this is the the game of leadership and people with responsibilities either can switch or need to live with this policy.
Leave the company, try outside and be happy! Leave the responsibilities to Ravi and his pirates group to perform on ground!!!

Next year they will use the term say, double hike. lol
If they start giving hike on time from next year then atleast things will be sorted, I thinks that's the plan that's why from manager they are not giving from November they will directly get from April 2026
How much percentage of hike are we going to get this November, does anyone know the confirmed?
