Can we request them to reconsider from Payroll team or something if they are critical resource . What if they want to leave organization if hike is unsatisfactory if he is a critical resource

Managers communication, does it mean manager will get to know about the hike percentage by that week or is it that manager will convey us that you’re going to get the hike? That’s it not the percentage
