Medical insurance is also worst in industry mere 2.5 lakh cover with that too 20% copay - we are not slaves right - but yes am switching soon so - say no to this BS leadership. Another important fact - Cognizant recently changed their appraisal cycle from October to April due to which employee received delayed hike by six months but biggest joke is that once the cycle is of April they delayed the hike to August - every year they delay hike by 4 - 6 months effectively people are getting hike delayed by more than a year now who have worked 3+ year in this company - they are BS
