Trending @Cognizant; Hi, got update for pa to a promotion...this much to sharing

Yesterday I had a call with HR and Leadership Team they haven't shared such criteria for Q4 promotion and have reached HR via GSD also they also confirm about new criteria changes.

Then how you guys sharing this tenure at level changes , and not official announced yet also ?

My project allows me for work from home, but in criteria it is mentioned RTO for 2 to 3 days so what can I do?

This for Q1 2025 or for Q4 2025 promotion?

How do you know ... Is the promotion window opened ? Pls let me know i have to check with HM.

30 months from joining ? Or as PA

1. Utilisation should be greater than 75 percent in last 6 months.
2. Average 2.5 Days in office from Mid September to mid December
3. Minimum 30 months between PA to A(for lateral hires who joined as PA) , not sure about others
