Get into project first then ask you manager for considering your name for promotion to associate in next quarter

There are less chances to get promoted in this calendar year. Either you can try for switch or get project in cognizant. Your next promotion will be depends on next rating. That next rating will be in December.

Okay thank you at present situation they are conducting in person interviews for every week but they are not taking into any projects after the validation
