2 years completed on 28 april , but still not reflected on teams and also not got mail

2 years completed on 28 april , but received promotion mail or reflected on teams , i think this will happen from Q2 . Means it will from 1 July . Please let me know i am right or not

Yes you are right and for Q2 promotion nomination is not started yet. 2nd year promotion is not autopromoted HM has to nominate your name in their Goperform and it will reflect on July.
