Are you on bench or in a project?

If you are on bench, they will give early release. That's not an issue. But if u r in a project, then it's upto your manager to first release u from project to bench.

Ask if coforge is willing to reimburse/give NP buyout. If so, discuss your release with your manager and ask HR for a buyout.

My project is ending on 5 th of march and Coforge want me join on 9th march
