In case in future anyone is worried about bonus not coming in notice period don’t worry go on and resign without waiting till 15th March 😂 you guys will receive when serving notice period
But I am not sure if last working day is before March 15th if they will be receiving or not.
If you raise GSD ticket for bonus inquiry, there is also mention if your last working day is after 15th March, then you are eligible for bonus.
Yes but i got to know by someone that we won’t get as we are not active in notice period. So I was worried and today got the bonus. So for clarification to everyone added this
Has anyone been terminated till now for not adhering to Cognizant’s RTO policy? I have not been to office for last 2.5 yrs. So what are chances that i will be terminated from the company?
