Trending @Cognizant; Help!!!!

I have recieved offer letter from Accenture having expected DOJ after 90 days ,I have 90 days notice period .I'll resign from (Cognizant ) and am afraid if Accenture will revoke my letter or won't reach out to me later then I'll be jobless . Can someone help me with the process,and how to calm down. Pov-Its my first switch.

First of all congrats for your offer letter..don’t settle for Accenture only..keep unlocking more offers and try to increase the CTC. Your DOJ should be mentioned in your offer letter and also mention them clearly that you have very minimal chance to join before 90days..last but not the least, get rid of CTS..it’s in terrible condition rn.

Congrats ,

  1. Take pre joining there by discussing with your manager , it will save you from the offer revoke part
  2. Be prepare for the worst.

Companies are revoking the offers and that too in mass, so cannot be sure what situation arises after 90 days (3months)

When a company offers you offer letter it comes with certain validity. If you have a joining date it will be there.

Accenture can extend your DOJ if you talk to your HR. I managed to extend my DOJ to one month. Just mail the HR.
