Trending @Cognizant; Hello, one of my friends received a rating of 1. She took a release from the project, so the manager gave her 1. Will she get bonus?

She is an associate

Bro, I'm already on my notice period, and my last working day is April 23rd. I've been at Cognizant for 3.5 years, got a rating of 4 twice, and this time a 2.

With 6 years of experience, (3.5 yrs with cognizant) l'm at 15.7 LPA and moving to NatWest Bank at 25.7 LPA. Do you really think that's "bad earning" or that I need to hide my rating for someone else? Don't act like a mediocre expert, bro.

My junior got a 1 rating, and she's genuinely stressed, so I thought of reaching out here. But instead of a discussion, people like you just make noise for no reason. Be in the tax slab first before preaching.

Also, for your info, I already posted my rating yesterday just to get an idea about the bonus payout as I am already on notice. I got a 2 only because I had already resigned before the rating cycle, and my HM was upfront about it. Take care, bro! (PFA what i posted yesterday)

I got 4 rating in Cognizant in December which will be reflected in February. In January I put my resignation, so my manage called me and said I could have informed her earlier about my resignation so she could have given me 3 and give other associate 4. I asked her if you are giving rating as per our work or as per your mood and situations ? She is my manager and she said she decide the ratings but her manager(senior project manager) is the one who finally says okay to give or not. And with that senior manager we have never spoke once in 3 years and he will decide our ratings as per her.

Even if manager is willing to give 5 the leadership in Cognizant is worst and they make managers to give bad ratings

And if I had informed before that I will be putting resignation in December I would have got 1 or 2 even after working so hard for 3 years in same project.

And now client business have come to Cognizant asking to retain me in this project
And I have asked them to give 200% hike as I already have 160% hike offer. Even if they are okay I won’t be staying as I know they will put more pressure on me and will have more unwanted expectations from me.
Better to switch for less than stay
