@LuckyChart A level promotion is system generated, At the start of each quarter system will check PA completed more than 2 years at same level or not. If yes you will get same mail by mid of quarter start month.

Regarding CTC as far as i know it is 6.75LPA including 45k incentive.

Because at my knowledge is control in our home manager and if he give our name to promotion and the. After other high authority people if accepting the only we get promoted??? Is not the thing

No you will not be promoted because the eligible criteria for an associate should be at least 3 ratings for promotion

100% because by mistake I saw the mail of the home manager where this eligible criteria was mentioned Rating:- 3/4/5 time:- 24 months
Skill up:- 100%
Utilization:- 100%
