Trending @Cognizant; Hello friends, what is the hike we expect if we promote to M from SA? And how many days it usually takes for the promotion once recommended?

15%, hike while promotion. 3% goes to variable and 12% in salary. No idea about how many days it will take

From SA onwards, all promotions hike by default 15%.

In hand salary after promoting to M is 8% after Variable pay

One of my colleague got only 7%
