Does Cognizant will take client interview I have cleared 2 rounds of interview and entered into CTS. Will they take client interview to take into project.
Depends upon the project. In some projects client interview is there but in most of the project it is not there. In some projects they take assessment before sending allocation email. All these are project basis.
Thanks for the information, What is the difficulty level of client interview and is there any problem if we rejected.
Yes there will be client interview it's depends upon project but for me all 5 project which I had worked had client interview coming to difficult your asking if there is already a team with that client then it will be normal if your a solo player then it would be some hard
Cognizant is full of dumb managers.. I have never seen the involvement of a client in projects at different levels.. Cognizant management needs to recheck their policy of serving associates like a rug to the clients .. neither any governance nor any cross check.. that is why most of the projects are in trouble and client retention is poor..
