Trending @Cognizant; Hello all, please help me😭😭😭

I am from cognizant in production support role. I am from bca background in 2021 I joined cognizant as programmer trainee. In 2022 I got 4 rating (programmer) In 2023 I got 3 rating ( programmer analyst) In 2024 I got 3 rating.

I have 3.6 years of experience. So will i eligible to get promoted from PA to A and also tell me when I will get promoted to associate role with what package.

I am not sure but i have been told by few colleagues and Manager if you became PA from P not PAT, you will be eligible for A, after two years that means you have to be PA atleast for 2 yrs. The common package for A is 6.75. Plese have word with manager and also raise gsd to hr team.
