I actually forgot the exact procedure but you'll basically have to link your credit card details to you MyPay and then use your credit card to make internet recharge and it will be tracked in MyPay>Mobile Reimbursement section where you will have to confirm the payment details and then next month 21st you will recieve that reimbursement to your salary account.
