It's almost 3 years in this company, I am hearing this bot certificate for the first time , where this course is available can you please explain the procedure how to complete the course.

It is not for everyone. It is only assigned to some people. Don't know how they select

Are you taking about the Grow bot interview or is it something else ?

Yes obviously, is it required to complete to become an associate???

Grow bot assessments are just to upskill isn't it? When did it become the primary criteria this bot system came just 8-9 months ago when I was on bech they used to ask us to take the assessment for upskilling but all in all it was just a waste of time.
