Trending @Cognizant; Has anyone been terminated till now for not adhering to Cognizant's RTO policy? I have not been to office for last 2.5 yrs.

If we don't adhere to 5 day work week while on bench what will happen?

You don't receive mails from high ups for not attending office single day in a month? They send out mals if you have 0% attendance in a month. The mails are monthly

They won’t terminate but when it comes to hike or promotion and all they are surely going to hold this reason that you didn’t go to office and delay promotion and hikes. They just need one reason for that so they won’t say anything until that time comes

Before all they will give warning,after multiple warning not adhere the they might do ,but if your manager not questioning you and it is also based on project your it doesn't matter,if you're a outstanding performer no one really cares about RTO ,even I won't go to office ,but one in a while i go
