Effective Jan 1, 2025

  1. Skill up - 100% for 2024
  2. 3,4,5 in the last YEA
  3. 2.5 days/week in last 3 months 4.set goals in go perform for 2025
  4. If you are in PA level, you should have completed 30 months in that level

Even if you performed well and took 5 ratings and your HCM nominates you, you should have fulfilled the above criterias.

Previously it was 24 months from PA to A level, now it is 30 months - Tenure At Level (TAL)

It is an official news from Cognizant.

So do we need to complete 30 months after getting promoted from PAT to PA... it means total 3.5 years overall 12+30 months

What is tenure at level

Tenure at level means if you are PA ,then you have to complete 30 months in PA, that is called tenure at level

I met all the criteria except utilization. For me, it is 54.49/74 in Go perform. Will they consider me for the promotion?

What if some fullfill all this criteria but is on WFH since last some month? And last year rating will be considered or the new rating which we got 2-3 days back will be considered?
