For EPS IPM it doesn't change

On the laptop version of Teams, the designation still shows as PA, but on the mobile version of Teams, it appears as Associate.

If your BU approves you then billability is not considered, it totally depends on them

For me it changed in Associate 360 only, I am from EPS SAP

I’m also from EPS SAP, but for me it shows as Software Engineer and not as Associate. I don’t understand why , because for all my friends it showed as associate who are in eps

I completed 30 months from DOJ on 23rd June , When I checked with my HM, he says that it has to be 30 months from last promotion, but I’m pretty sure he’s just misguiding. I raised GSD and they gave the response that promotions have not yet started. I have YEA rating 3 , utilisation green and rto is also followed as per my work model. Now I want to know when will I be promoted and who do I reach out for any questions. I know my HM won’t give me a correct response.
