Trending @Cognizant; Got YEA 3, spoke to manager, it was supposed to be 5

Some miscommunication led to rating be 3. Now sending out mails to fix this mess. Anyone knows whether this change now is feasible?

Nothing will be done. It’s some cheap shit drama that Cts is playing with maximum employees. 1st delaying promotions and now manager’s giving a rating but you receive a revised decreased rating based on quota factor.

No procedure once given means given only mostly no changes happen!.

Manager asked me to send all achievements etc in mail. They are going to try now

If your rating is released in GoPerform I don't think anything will happen. My manager informed these ratings are fixed in November and released in Jan.
