I have received email for giving appropriate reason for not getting project.If the reason is not convincing they will terminate. Please advice will I get notice period pay or not if they terminate? Or there will be any problem for joining future company?

They will send a termination letter and give you an option to submit resignation in 7 days. They say that they will pay that is a 3 month salary.
