Trending @Cognizant; Got Promotion from SA to M level
September 1st week I received an email for promotion and hike will be effective from this month (from Sep 1 2024) and 2nd week of Sep 2024 my role got changed from SA to M in system. Last week Friday 20th Sep 2024 I received Hike letter. I got total 15% hike for promotion; however, my variable pay earlier was 70k now it has changed to 1.5 L
May I know how much will be the standard hike for SA to M level?
Note: Last month Aug 2024 Annual hike was 4%
Promotion hike = 15% (Sep 2024) Annual hike = 4% (Aug 2024) seprately Total = 19% hike
If you don’t mind me asking, what is your total yoe and how long did it take to get promoted from Sa to M.
I understand,lots of factors influence promotions specially after SA grade, but still would like to know more
