The product owner from the client side messaged me on LinkedIn if I'm interested in joining them. As I am a critical and senior resource in our team and aspiring for onsite, can I trade off here with cognizant management for the onsite. If yes, what could be my possible course of action.

I heard like CTS will have agreement with Client, I mean they cannot hire a resource from CTS for certain time even if they are out of the project . Is that true .?
