Hey folks, I recently received an offer from Infosys for a Software Quality Engineer role with a 20% hike on my current CTC of 4.65 LPA. However, I feel this hike isn’t worth it, considering market standards.
During the HR discussion, it was a one-way conversation—I was just asked to say yes or no, with no room for negotiation. For now, I have said yes. I’m considering resigning based on this offer and actively looking for better opportunities. Do you think this is a good approach? Or should I try negotiating before rejecting?

Infosys is not giving much compensation these days though my advice would be accept the offer and be active on the job search platforms you can have counter offers additionally as the exit dates come nearby you might get more opportunities.
Hello Just wait for some more time and look for better offer based on current offer of Infosys. Try to negotiate with HR based on number of offers and ask for 100 to 150% hyke definitely it will works
