Hey guys,

I joined cognizant in 2024 and got my first rating as 3 stars. I am not sure how much of a hike % I will get or I can expect.

My friend in some X company joined 3 months ago and got more than 13% hike for 3 stars.

You will get sane as your rating. 😄 that's what happened last year and looking at the current scenario of other service based companies, i think history will repeat.

Maximum I would say 7-8 percent. Last year they gave 4.5% percent hike at 5 rating.
