Hello All, My position got ramped up and I will be getting released this week. I am currently an M Band working in CIS Dept. I would be allocated to pool, I guess. I am not aware on how this works or how the situation is on pool currently in CTS. No one is guiding on this. Anybody who is on pool or has been on pool, can you please guide. Does the TMP portal help. do they ask to resign if you don't get projects. I currently don't have any offers in hand and do not want to try out in this situation. Please help. 🙏
