Trending @Cognizant; Fuel Reimbursement

Hi folks! Recently I got my credit card approved and got a mail regarding reimbursement applicable in Mobile/Broadband and Fuel. I was able to raise reimbursement request for my mobile but couldn’t see any option for Fuel in MyPay. Kindly help on how to raise request for Fuel as well.
