I got i mail that i am hand picked from my bussines lead for fse 1 accreditation in that i have to choose my tech stack for this -I wanted to know what is the benefit if i will get apart from knowledge will i get salary hike or promotion what are the perks It would be great if my seniors who had already did this guide me in this

In orientation call i got info that for this name is selected by senior management and this is first batch that is stated after this few for batch will start but for that you cant nominate your name by your own ,this is decided by your business leader
