Trending @Cognizant; Frustration and insult at same time.
Now days everyone is suffering for not getting proper hike and promotion. For some projects they made compulsory 5 days working for compulsory and strictly we have to be in office for 10 hours. Even working for more than 10 hours we are getting this type of treatment from cognizant. The biggest joke of congnizant is the ID card. Now a days even the Z.P government school students having the the good if card 😂😂.
Why are you depending on CTS? I didn't liked policies either i gave interviews outside got offer and now serving notice period. Give interviews and move don't really have any expectations on any org.
I agree, there is no point staying here and expecting on promotions or hike. It's been really a very long wait for me (almost 3 years waited for the promotion) and now I'm out of this organization last week.
