I have joined CTS as PAT ON July 19 2022 and promoted to PA JULY 19 2023, I have completed 30+ months and my Year end rating of 2024 got 2 so, in which quarter I can expect my Associate promotion. Please anyone share your insights.

Next year bro you won't get promoted 😞😞 ask for 3 rating next time fight for it if you have to
