You probably should talk internally among yourselves and raise it as a concern together. Only if you push back and show them how much you guys put in they will appreciate it and may be back off... I know it's easy to say but several factors might be taking out your courage to speak up. But rest assured it will continue as it is until someone mans up and raises the issue.

Always speak up, as long as you stay silent and do everything you will get pushed more and more until you can't do it anymore
