For a Programmer Analyst to Associate promotion for an Arts graduate, is the waiting period one year or two years? Is it similar to the PT → P → PA → A path? How long do we have to wait for a PA to A promotion?

I assume you're currently in IOA, then PT to P level will be just 12 months, after P level, it is based on your DGM or EDL hand, if your in corporate role it will take min 5 years to reach A Level. i.e P to A
