Trending @Cognizant; Feeling demotivated

Hello fellow workers

I am currently at the SM level. Doing well in the project.However, somehow currently feeling stuck doing almost the same thing again again. Got 4 ratings last year, however as the hike was delayed for almost 2 years, so literally not feeling any urge to do extra as the rating does not matter as the hikes are stuck. Losing urge to learn something new. Doubts in mind as if what if learn few certifications also but work will be all the same.So why bother? Anybody feeling the same? How are you coping with these?
