Hi Everyone, Bit confuse to choose offer letter between EY or Deloitte! So, currently im a org and switching after 3 years of experience in oracle scm! Please help me here!

It depends on your technology and package. My friends are working in both companies. So if you should mention you tech stack/ role and package for 3 years, I can give some suggestions

I will suggest choosing the highest package if it's offering EY or Deloitte since you are having now 3 years of experience and Both companies offer Good work life and growth depending on individual internal projects and teams. but I know few department in Deloitte which does not having growth. So If you have higher package in Deloitte go for it.
