Trending @Cognizant; Expecting Promotion in march
Hi guys my Manager told me that you will get a promotion in march ,i.e. at the end of Q1 , but he didn't tell the exact date ,can any one guess ??? As per previous records I guess it will happen before the 20th of March ?? Does anyone know ??
I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
