Trending @Cognizant; Exception raise for promotion by EDL

Hi everyone, I got to know that I am not eligible even after fulfilling all the criteria.. I asked my manager and shared my screen goperform dashboard that everything is in green color also I was going office from feb and before that my work mode was set to remote ( 0-1/week). I told all the things to my manager, he sent a mail to HR team and then they asked my manager for a business justification for not fulfilling the RTO index. He gave the valid justification too which was totally true (my mom had a serious health issue before and for that I already gave the documents for wfh)..

Then after 2 days I contacted him for any update, he said like my EDL forwarded the justification mail to HR team.

So I am confused and what do u think that weather I get promotion in this Q1 or not?

Your work model is 0-1/week right? There is no need to report to office. Why rto exception is raised by your manager?

That's what I didn't understand. Manager told me that HR is saying my RTO is a problem for promotion. But before feb, i was on remote mode then in feb starting i got a mail regarding hybrid mode but also I have started going office 3day/week from that day i.e. from feb.

It was the same case for me in last quarter and my manager did mail the HR mentioning the same thing that our project work model is 0-1 then why it is considered as 2.5 but there was no response from HR. In this quarter I have gone straight 5 days/ week without even thinking of my current work model and still ai don’t even no if I am nominated or not gor the promotion. TBH I have no trust left in this cts management.

I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.
