Got the update from PM , exception cases were not accepted by the EC. So there will be no promotion. Also all the promotions were completed yesterday itself.
I am billable and have completed goals and maintained rto atleast 2days a week. I completed 3 years. Why there is no associate promotion for me? My hm, edl are not giving proper answers. I want to connect to hr but don't know who is my HR
Are you on the bench for few months since joining ?
Nope never on bench for more than 15days. But for some time in the beginning i was non billable. For past 2 years i was completely billable. I am not sure the reasons for not promoting me. I used to be in EPS oracle domain few months i changed to other domain.. will that have an impact on promotion
So how to get promoted?
