Trending @Cognizant; Everything was great until Brian was CEO of Cognizant, not just in terms of promotions, but overall. 🥲

Nowadays people take the money from employee salary or stop the promotion or stop the hike.to show the profit to the company this is how they are showing the growth instead of making the people happy

Brian was better than the prior CEO Frank and the current one Ravi, but was not great. Only better because he brought in the IJM promotion option which reduced the political aspect of promotions a little ("a little" - since implementation was not good), nothing else.
When Frank was CEO, Cognizant was ripe with a high level of politics, non-transparency, and frequently changing policies giving low level employees too much uncertainty.
As of now, we know the current CEO Ravi is the worst and if given the option, he might literally suck the life and blood out of us.

I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
