Trending @Cognizant; Everyone are expecting handson experience and reject u after taking interview
How does everyone expect hands-on experience even for freshers ? Even after knowing that we are freshers how do they think we will know everything about all the concepts, like theory and coding we must know but handson experience how to bring that ??!! If they don't give us the opportunity to work how should we know and get handson experience Managers and interviewers take several rounds of interview just to reject u at last saying "u don't have handson " is it out fault ???
It's like u have to hustle inside company too fr getting projects ...
Exactly same thing is with me. No one is saying that join the project and unskilled your self upto this... like. Every one needs hands-on experience
It depends on the requirement actually. If the requirement is for an experienced resource(billing rate is also involved) then they have to hire one. If there's a requirement for fresher then they will hire same. Fresher needs a shadow time to come upto speed. But you shouldn't dishearten if you are not getting work here you will be rewarded somewhere else.
