I have received 3 ratings in the 2023 and 2024 rating cycles. I am a lateral hire and have currently completed 2.2 years in Cognizant, with a total of 5.2 years of experience. Am I eligible for promotion from Associate (A) to Senior Associate (SA)? If not, what is the criteria for promotion from A to SA?

Bro 30 months minimum u have to be A with at least 5 rating or 4 rating once
