Hi Everyone, Is someone eligible to receive gratuity amount if they leave Cognizant after working full time as a permanent employee for 4 years 8 months?

I have read somewhere that as per Gratuity Act 1972, even 4 years and 240 days of continuous employment makes one eligible to receive gratuity amount from the employer. Isn't that correct?
