But mandatory connects they say that its not to good to reject unless it is some some serious skillset change … we cannot say no to location itseems

Don't make it on location unless they ask you to relocate. If you are not happy you can say no but make your points technical. People will say bunch of things but if you are not satisfied with the assignment you can say no.
