I am not wear shoe in office this is my first time warn a mail by HR team. Your not followed by dress code any problem...? Can u known about this issue...?

Did they take your employee id? If not then no problem. If yes just they will send compliance mail.

Yes. HR warned me of not wearing shoes. She took my emp id and the next day I got a mail with my HM in cc. I think it is just a mail to remind us of the company policy. Relax bro.
