What's going wrong with Cognizant??
Ravi once emphasized his goal to make Cognizant an employer of choice and also outlined to offer competitive compensation packages to associates.
But RN it's happening exactly opposite. CTS is not able to retain or get new projects, Finding unnecessary reasons to hold promotions, Creating pressure on bench employees to resign.
What could the reason??
1.He is not capable of handling big giant like CTS. Main issue starts from RETURN TO OFFICE.
2. Why he forcing return to office, which is unwanted. When all the associates are so comfortable with WFH and it doesn't affect the business at any cost.
3. Believing in freshers but not in experience people.
4. Forcing PDP people to return to office 🤦 and sending warning letters and forcing them to resign... All unwanted nails.
5. He doesn't know how CTS employees were in past and how employees built this giant... He have to respect the experienced persons...
SURE down fall of CTS... Will know the exact status of CTS in jan'25...
This is so true analysis . I have been in this company for 8 years and was sailing good . This RTO has made so frustrated ...will be quitting soon .
I am not Ok with your #3. Still Freshers/Entry Level more skilled then the experienced.
No offence but all Ravis in this leadership areas are shit. The head of AIA as well. Denied me promotion, because he had to pay for that from his father's pocket.
Atleast 10 managers and senior managers from onshore and offshore were of the opinion that I should have got the promotion. But this guy dint because he cant save his clients or his company by bringing new projects.

Honestly I am in good terms with Ravi, cuz this guy is trying to do something helping the "Fall of CTS" to "Rising of CTS" cuz he's creating an impact helping CTS go ahead the curve in AI compared to our fellow Companies. Than our previous....Leader (youknow) but yeh tbh I feel Management is Shitttttttt Big Shitttt than ever I mean real D-heads lol i don't wanna grab any attention but yeh they are ruining whole thing.
