Trending @Cognizant; Doubt regarding RTO

I have been assigned with work model as remote (0-1 days/week) till feb. On 10th feb I have been assigned with hybrid (2-3 days/week) so I started going office 3 days/week (very often 2 days/week).

Note 1: I have started going office 1st feb that is before my work model set to hybrid.

Note2: For your confirmation I got solid news that many people got promoted without going single day to office when they are on remote mode (0-1 day/week)

So looking this scenario, for this quarter q1 (jan-march), am I fulfilling RTO compliance?

Please let me know your thoughts so that I can give my perspective to HM if not getting promoted. And yes I am completing all other criterias like 30 months and utilisation>75.

I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.
