Hi, I am thinking to resign as I didn't got my promotion due to maternity leave, so how can we resign, is it just by informing our home manager? After resignation, for 90 days np, how can we reduce, through earned leaves? If I resign in Feb month, will i get feb/march salary?

After putting paper inform hm. If you are in a project you need to serve full notice period/ if you are in bench they will release you in 1 to 2 week max. If you resign today and serve full 90 days notice period you will get feb, march, April month salary.
