Trending @Cognizant; Does it look sketchy

I am working on a project as a QA tester I am an associate. In my assignment page I am marked as billable but I am submitting my timesheet as non billable as per my managers instructions and I am working as a non billable resource. It feels a bit off to me that the assignment is mentioned as billable.kindly let me know if what you guys think
