Trending @Cognizant; Does cognizant allow their employees to join the client company for a similar job after leaving them?
This is my first post here so sorry if I made any mistakes.
My project will end this year. After that there is the bench period which might not go well.
One person from the client offered me a position in their team for 16-20 lpa. I am a PA in cognizant so you can understand how much I earn.
I do not know if cognizant has some clause to prevent me from joining that company. Can you help?
You can join for sure, I know few who joined like that, BTW seems great opportunity don't loose it, all the best.
If client is okay to hire you then cognizant should release there are few people who have been in contract and moved on roll at client company
If u have good terms with client please talk to them and see if they can push you or suggest you to drop papers and hire u immediately
This is ridiculous it’s not cognizant but may be your management who is afraid to see you as client
