Only "Sick leaves" would get lapsed. Other than that other leaves would get carry forwarded to next year. (Correct me if I am wrong)

Casual leaves and earned leaves carry fwd from 2023 also will expire

Casual leaves and last year earned leaves will expire too

Go check in people soft hcm and your leaves you will see which are gonna expire in 2024

Sick leaves and 15-16 earned leaves will be carry forward....all other leaves will get lapse

You can check those on Balance Leaves on One Cognizant. Expiring ones will have a date beside them as 31/12/2024.
